At this year’s Fire & Ice event hosted by the Greater Mankato United Way, Evenson Concrete Systems added a bit of luxury for guests as the Valet Sponsor. The theme this year was 'A Night at the Disco’ and the event brought businesses and community members together for an evening of fundraising at the Mayo Clinic Health System Event Center.
Dance, Disco, and Giving Back
As the beats of disco classics filled the air, the Mayo Clinic Health System Event Center transformed into a disco wonderland, with attendees donning their finest disco attire. Against this vibrant backdrop, Evenson Concrete Systems contributed to the night's success in a unique and practical way.
Evenson Concrete Systems ensured that attendees experienced the epitome of convenience and luxury by serving as the Valet Sponsor. As guests arrived at the Civic Center, they were able to drive up to the entrance, where valet attendants parked their vehicles in the adjacent ramp. This sponsorship not only added a touch of sophistication to the evening but also eliminated the hassle of finding parking. The more barriers to attending are eliminated, the more raised for charity.
Going above and beyond, Evenson Concrete Systems didn't just stop at valet services. Each car parked via valet received a thoughtful touch – complimentary water and snacks. As the night on the dancefloor unfolded, attendees could come back to their cars with a snack and drink for the road.
