Evenson Concrete Conjures Harry Potter Magic at Store It Event

In the spirit of Halloween, Evenson Concrete Systems (ECS) brought a touch of wizardry to Store It's 4th annual Spook-Tacular event, held on October 27th, 2023. This free, community-centric indoor trick-or-treating extravaganza, presented by Minnesota Valley Federal Credit Union, transformed Store It into a magical space where nearly 4,000 attendees, young and old, experienced a day of enchantment.

ECS took its sponsorship to the next level by conjuring up a bewitching Harry Potter-themed storage unit. Attendees were captivated by the attention to detail, creativity, and craftsmanship that went into crafting this spellbinding storage space. From wizard hats to magical wands, the storage unit provided a fun journey into the world of Hogwarts, making it one of the standout attractions at the event.

The 4th annual Spook-Tacular event, a brainchild of Store It and supported by local businesses, aimed to provide a safe and warm Halloween celebration for the community. The climate-controlled indoor storage facility became the perfect setting for businesses, including ECS, to showcase their Halloween spirit. Attendees had the opportunity to explore dozens of creatively decorated storage units, each transformed into a treat-filled haven by local businesses.

The allure of Spook-Tacular extended beyond the promise of sweet treats. Dozens of local businesses, including ECS, participated by handing out treats to the eager crowd and food trucks added to the festivities, offering a variety of tasty bites to keep everyone fueled for an afternoon of Halloween celebration.

Business and Communications Manager, Jessica Blais, expressed the origins and evolution of Spook-Tacular, saying, “Spook-Tacular was created to bring the community together in a safe way in 2020. It has grown and evolved into a favorite Halloween event in the region. Our climate-controlled indoor storage facility is a perfect place to bring businesses and families together to celebrate.”

The community was invited to Store It's location at 2015 Bassett Drive in Mankato, and they came in droves, embracing the Halloween spirit with an array of imaginative costumes. The success of the event speaks to the commitment of local businesses like ECS to create memorable experiences for the community.

We’re proud to have been a part of this community event, contributing not only treats but also a magical journey into the wizarding world of Harry Potter. As ECS continues to participate in and sponsor community events, it reaffirms our dedication to bringing joy and creativity to the communities we serve.
